We've just had our 20 weeks scan, that makes it about 18 weeks to go :o) We still haven't found out the sex of the baby out of choice.

We've just had our 1st trimester scan and all appears OK. Due date at the moment stands at 25th May 2010.
New Car

Now that the smart car is becoming impractical and the cost of servicing is likely to rise how that it is 4 years old, we have taken the plunge and ordered a new Volkswagen Golf GT 2.0l TDI. On Paper it is slightly more efficient that the Smart. Although we do realise the cost of ownership is going to rise, the Golf should be an all round more comfortable car and more useful.
It'll be a sad day when the Smart car has gone :o(
Wedding

The majority of the wedding invites will be going out this weekend, so it's been pretty busy. The invite reponse section of the website is now complete and live.
All is ok in the heart department

Over the past few months I been having many heart tests to investigate blackouts. I was found to have Bicusipid Aortic valve. Now that all the tests are over, the results show I have a strong healthy heart that was not causuing the blackouts. I need to go back in about 5 years to have another check of how my heart is doing. Bicuspid Aortic Valve may only become a problem later in life if the valve calcifies, where I may need valve replacement surgery.
Off to cardiology

Tomorrow I'm off to find out what happens next after having been diagnosed with "Bicuspid Arotic Valve". Is it the root cause of my recent blackout's and does it have a part to play in the regularity of my migraines?

Xbox 360 Crackdown

I bought a pre-owned copy Crackdown for the Xbox 360 at the weekend from Game, in a random fit of new game buying. I didn't get it when it first came out because I the genre doesn't last long with me. For those that don't know the game, it's basically a better version of Grand Theft Auto, styled on cartoon graphics like the new Simpson's game. Crackdown is brilliant, the graphics quality are amazing on the large HDTV. The only problem I have is that my fiancée is hooked on it and I don't get a look in :o)

Well I've finally started scanning in loads of old photo's from my mum's collection. I thought I'd start with the biggest ones! This one is the Church of England middle school 1992-1993. I'm the one wearing a jumper and glasses, second row above the teachers right in the middle. Next to come is the "East Cowes Grange Primary School 1991".
